Here’s what’s included in our Solar-Ready Upgrade

• Installaton of extra support in the rough (truss block-in) to support installation of an
8' x 8' solar panel; this in no way affects the outward appearance of your home.
• Roughing in of a conduit from the attic to the mechanical room for required piping.
• Pre-installation of plumbing valves to simplify the installation of the solar hot water tank.
• An electrical outlet at the planned tank location.
• Identification of component locations on construction plans.
• Design and installation signed off by a Certified Energy Rater.
