And if you want or need advice on which way to go, our expert design consultants are on hand at the Centre to explain styles, materials and options, and to help you make the most of your choices and bring it all together.

Warranty

With a new Tartan home, you have the added assurance of a one-year Builder's Warranty covering defects in material and workmanship, a two-year Extended Builder's Warranty cover water penetration, mechanical and electrical systems, and exterior cladding, plus seven years of Tarion coverage on major structural defects.
