Please note:  Shortly after you receive notification from head office that your building permit has been picked up, you will be able to access information about your home.

You will be notified by your sales representative to schedule a hosted courtesy walk-through before drywall installation and PDI a week or two before closing.

Please enter your lot number in the field below. Each lot number is composed of a lot number, Phase letter (may not apply)*, side (for semis only) and community call letters as seen in the examples here (999a FC  or  999aL FC or 99 soho, 99L FF or Blk 119_1 ).  For JAVA, enter your block letter and unit # (example: G-01)
